About us and the project
When our first daughter Nela was 2 years old, my wife Katka came up with a wish before Christmas to have gifts marked with a small photo so she could recognize her gift under the tree. I ended up laboriously creating a grid with dozens of photos for the whole family in a graphic editor. It occurred to me to simplify the process with an app that would generate print-ready PDFs formatted for a home printer. Since then, the preparation is much faster and we are happy that more and more people use the app. Thank you ♥.

Square photos with a 1:1 aspect ratio. With our app you create beautiful keepsake photos. The creative use is up to you — for us it started as photo tags for Christmas gifts for small children who could not read yet. It made our Christmas preparations easier and preschoolers could find their gifts under the tree. Later we found out the large ones are great for a family vision board, and the medium and small ones for a couple garland as wedding decor, or a nursery wall garland with photos of the first 12 months of a child. You will surely come up with many more uses 😉.
Yes. Everything happens right in your browser — photos are not uploaded anywhere while you create and never leave your device without your consent. Only when you save a project to your account are the photos stored in secure EU-based storage that only you can access. You can read exactly how we look after your data in our privacy policy.
Yes — creating photo tags and downloading the print PDF is free. Your first saved project is free too, once you sign in. If you'd like more projects, take a look at support. And if Kalury brings you joy and you don't need to manage your projects, you can treat us to a coffee there — but we'll never charge you.
